Important Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- A minimum of 10 participants is required for all party bookings.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the party begins on the day of the event.
- No refunds are authorised for cancellations. However, one date change or reschedule is permitted, subject to availability, with at least 2 weeks’ prior notice.
- Rescheduling a party more than 2 weeks before the booked date is free and can be done by managing your booking.
- Rescheduling less than 2 weeks before the party date will incur an administration charge of ₹1000.
- The full balance, including any additional participant, spectator fees, or extras, must be paid before the party starts.
- Additional participants and spectators are charged extra per person.
- Party entry is for invited guests only. Any accompanying children or additional adults must pay upon entry if they wish to join the party or wait inside the building. It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure all payments are completed.
- Sprinkler candles, flower pot candles, party poppers, and confetti items are not allowed. Please limit the number of candles used on cakes; numbered candles are preferred.
- The party duration is approximately 2 hours, which includes around 75 minutes of play time and 45 minutes of party time in the designated party area.
- All party guests must vacate the party room or area at the end of the allocated party time. Any additional time will be charged at ₹100 for every 10 minutes.
- Party staff are available to assist in running the party smoothly but are not provided for entertainment purposes. All party food, play equipment, and activities are subject to availability.
- Activities will close with a 10-minute prior notice. No compensation or refund will be authorised for such closures.
- All participants must sign a waiver before participating. The party host is responsible for ensuring waivers are completed for all invited guest participants.
