Safety Guidelines

Please read our safety guidelines carefully before jumping.

Before You Jump

  • Remove all sharp objects (jewelry, watches, keys, etc.)
  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing
  • Grip socks are MANDATORY - available for purchase
  • Complete waiver form before entry
  • Listen carefully to safety briefing

General Safety

  • Follow all instructions from Court Marshals
  • One person per trampoline at a time
  • No double bouncing or rough play
  • Always land on two feet or your back
  • No running on the pads
  • Empty pockets before jumping

While Playing

  • Follow all marshal instructions
  • One person on slides at a time
  • No pushing, shoving, or rough play
  • Stay in age-appropriate zones
  • Take breaks when tired
  • Stay hydrated

Dress Code

  • Ninja Grip Socks are MANDATORY
  • Remove all jewelry and loose objects
  • Empty pockets completely
  • No belt buckles or clothing studs
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Remove glasses if possible

Health Restrictions

  • Do not jump if pregnant
  • Do not jump with health limitations
  • Do not jump under influence of alcohol/drugs
  • Weight limit: 120kg
  • Waiver must be signed by all jumpers
  • Report any accidents immediately

Health & Safety

  • Not recommended if pregnant
  • Inform staff of any medical conditions
  • No food or drinks in play areas
  • First aid available on-site
  • Emergency exits clearly marked

Age Restrictions

  • Toddler zone: Ages 1-7 only
  • Main zones: Ages 8 and above
  • Adult supervision required for children under 12
  • Height/weight restrictions apply to certain attractions
  • Separate sessions for different age groups

Kids Zone Rules

  • Strictly for ages 7 and under
  • Adult supervision required at all times
  • No big kids allowed in this zone
  • Gentle play only
  • One child per slide lane
  • No climbing up the slides

Spectator Policy

  • Spectators must stay in designated areas
  • Do not enter the inflatable arenas
  • No food or drink on the course
  • Keep clear of landing zones
  • Follow marshal instructions
  • Respect all participants

Equipment Safety

  • Empty pockets before jumping
  • No keys, phones, or sharp objects
  • Remove heavy jewelry/watches
  • Do not chew gum or eat while jumping
  • Secure glasses/goggles
  • Grip socks intact and clean
