**** *Participnats Meaning : Who have paid party price of Rs 1500 per person

****Spectators Meaning  : those who are entring the venue only and cannot participate in the ninja activity. 1 free spectator is allowed with 1 paid participant. 

 

***PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS***

Main Party Terms :

1. Full payment is required to secure booking. 
2. Minimum party participnats 10. 
3. Additional participant ( after 10)  charged at Rs 1500 + 1 Free spectator ( non participant) 
4. Any Additional spectator Rs 100 + GST.
5. Party start time cannot be delayed for lateness. All invited guests must be present at the venue atleast 15 minutes before the party starts. safety video will be played at the start of the party time. No extra time will be allowed for late commers. 
6. Party food is for participnats only and not spectators. 
7. party food is limited and portioned according to the number of participnats. if additional party food is required , it can be purchased at the cafe for spectators or party participnats. 
8. For Parties all activities are included. (Subject to availability and condition apply).
9. Balance in full including any additional participant or spectator fee or extras must be paid before your party starts. 
10. No refund is authorised for cancellation. However, only 1 date change / reschedule is permitted subject to availability and notice must be given in writing 2 weeks before the booked party date.
11. Rescheduling party with 2 weeks before party date is free. It can be changed by managing your booking .
12. Rescheduling less than 2 weeks from party date is Rs 1000 admin charge apply. 
13. party host must provide a list of all the invited guests ( Children and adults ) attending the party.  
14. Entry for party is for invited guests only. Any accompanying children or additional adults must pay upon entry if they wish to join the party or wait inside the building. It is the party host responsibility to ensure any additional guests are accomodated and paid accordingly. 
15. Additional uninvited guests, siblings will not be permitted inside without the correct payment and it is the hosts responsibility to ensure the guests are informed. 
16. No sprinklers candles, flower pot candles are allowed. Please reduce the number of candles you use on your cake, a numbered candle is preferred. No party poppers or confetti items allowed.
17. Party will last for approx. 2 hours. Approx. 75 minutes of play and 45 minutes of party time in the party area.
18. All party guests must leave the party room / area at the end of the party time. Any additional time in the party area/ room will be charged Rs 100 for every 10 minutes.
19. Party staff is available to help you run your party smoothly and not for entertainment purpose. All party feast and play equipment's are subject to availability.
20. Activities may be closed without prior notice. Compensation or refund will not be authorised for such events.
21. all participants must sign a waiver prior to participating. party host must ensure the waiver are complete for their invited guest participants.
